When you reach out, we ask a few simple questions. What did you see? Where? For how long? Then we pass those details to a provider in our network that serves your area and handles that kind of problem.

What We Expect From Providers
Providers are independent businesses. They set their own prices and schedules. We expect them to:
- Explain what they found in plain words
- Give a written quote before work starts
- Follow the rules that apply to their trade and to the animals or pests involved
- Treat your home and your family with care
You should still ask to see proof of any license your state requires. Do this, not that: confirm first, then agree to the work. It is also fine to ask questions about products, safety around children and pets, and what happens if the problem returns.

Providers in our network may pay Primarilybeast Pest Control for referrals. You do not pay Primarilybeast Pest Control to be connected. Any price for the job comes from the provider, and you should get it in writing. You are never obligated to hire anyone.
