How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who contacts Primarilybeast Pest Control to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page explains how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
Topics We Want to Hear About
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Primarilybeast Pest Control
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this website that looks unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Problem Is a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own estimates, prices, products, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work done in your home, start by raising it with the provider directly. Keep a written record of what you say and what they reply.
Still, please tell us too. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider that repeatedly falls short of our expectations may be removed. Keep in mind that Primarilybeast Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions on a provider's behalf.
If your worry is about how a pesticide was applied, you can also contact the agency that regulates pest control in Florida.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@primarilybeast.property and include:
- Your name and a way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you are hoping for
After You Write
We will confirm by email that we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened. That may include contacting the provider. Finally, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Unhappy?
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to look again. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau.
